Billy Horne and John Stewart were assisted by three members of the 21st in manning the 6-pounder gun. A period camp was set up and the students got to see camp life, drill, infantry firing, and best of all, our 6-pounder being shot... which sent a thunderous roar across the field.

It was quite interesting to hear how little the students knew about the War Between the States.
